Easiest thing in the world. When you place your ad, in the description box copy the YouTube link and change the http:// for httpv://

For example: If the YouTube link is
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Thi4emRW5Ls

change it to

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Thi4emRW5Ls

as below:
